Fondant au chocolat
Préparation 10mn
Cuisson 4 ramequins de 10cm
Il faut :
- 100g de chocolat
- 100g de beurre
- 3 oeufs
- 50g de farine
- 100g de sucre en poudre
Préchauffer le four à 210°.
Faire fondre le chocolat avec le beurre. Dans un saladier, battre les oeufs, la farine et le sucre.
Ajouter le chocolat fondu et mélanger. Verser le mélange dans les ramequins légèrements beurrés.
Cuire 12 à 15min
